Procedure:

Wheat flour or atta- 1/2 kilo
Paneer- 250 Gms
Green chilly-4 chopped
Coriander-2 bunches chopped
Salt- as required
Red chilly powder- as required
Garam Masala-as required
Lemon juice-2 tbsps
Oil- for frying.
PROCEDURE— Take a bowl, add wheat flour and mix it with water like the dough of chapatti. Take another bowl, add grated panner, coriander, green chilly, Masala powders, salt, lemon juice and mix it well and keep it aside. Knead the prepared dough and make it like flat like chapatti, add the prepared stuffing and close the roti from all the sides. Repeat the procedure for normal roti and fry it in a tava by adding oil.
