Panner-200gms
Onions-100gms
Chillies-4
Cashew- 25gms
Khus khus—20gms
Ginger garlic paste—1 tbsp
Chilly powder—1 tbsp
Turmeric powder-1/2 tbsp
Garam masala- a pinch
Oil- 50 gms
Water- as required
Salt- as required
Method:
Boil chopped onions in water and then grind it. Now cut paneer into pieces and grate the remaining paneer.
Take a kadai and heat oil and fry onion paste and ginger garlic paste and then chopped green chilly. Now add red chilly powder, turmeric powder, cashew paste, garam masala and fry. Finally add paneer cubes, water, salt and garam masala.
Garnish with grated paneer and serve.
SERVING TIPS- SERVE WITH ROTI OR PULAO.
